Mask Policy as of August 2024
While masks are not mandatory throughout programming at Kinetic Arts Center:
- We have a designated mask-wearing space (on an as needed basis) during any approved Open Gym time to accommodate any pros or semi-pros who need a protected training environment,
- Some regular weekly scheduled classes may be structured as mask mandatory to accommodate any clients or coaches who also still need a more protected class. Schedules and descriptions will be updated as they develop, and
- Wearing masks is optional at all times for everyone in non-designated classes or activities.
Finally, we reserve the right to change this policy at any time. We all know we are still learning to live with COVID. If viral outbreaks happen (internal or otherwise), we will consider masks mandatory for a few weeks to help get through those times with as little impact as possible.
Our staff and coaches are vaccinated and we politely request that all our students and visitors are vaccinated, too.
Please stay home if you are not feeling well. We will continue to honor any missed classes or unused packages due to this illness. Please do not return to class until you are testing negative AND symptom free for at least 24 hours. Your privacy is always our top concern and we will never share any of your health-related information.
Keep washing your hands, protect yourself in a crowd, test if you feel bad and stay home if you test positive.
