Fee Schedule

Kinetic Arts Center offers two types of learning environments:  SESSION-based classes and DROP IN-based classes.

While the purchase of either type of offering may appear to also indicate enrollment in the class of your choice, the purchase does not always automatically enroll you.  Please visit your (or your child’s) account to verify your enrollment after your purchase.   

Session-Based Classes

Students commit to attending a program for the entire season and enjoy all of the benefits that come with consistent training: improved strength, progress toward mastery of circus skills, and a major boost of confidence!  Performance Classes, Camps and Workshops are typically designed as Session-based classes. Session-based classes can be paid with four – five monthly installments or in one lump sum. Email us here or at Info@KineticArtsCenter.com to make payment arrangements.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY (Session-based classes): 
Performance Classes – Cancellations prior to the first four (4) weeks of the session will result in a pro rated reimbursement of fees PLUS a $75 administration fee.  Fees on cancellations after the first four (4) weeks of the session cannot be reimbursed.  There are no make-ups for missed Session-based class programing. 
Workshops – See workshop descriptions for cancellation policies. 
Summer Camps – Any changes in your enrollment (including session exchanges and cancellations) are subject  to a $75 administration fee Cancellations made prior to April 30 are eligible for a 50% refund (less the $75 administrative fee). We do not offer REFUNDS on cancellations made after April 30. We cannot offer make up days or refunds for unused camp days.

Drop-In Based Classes:

Designed for the busy student to shape their own circus destiny with a more flexible scheduling option.  The joy of mastering amazing circus skills one step at a time on a timetable that fits your lifestyle is the benefit to a Drop-In class.  Pre-enrollment is necessary to assure your spot in the class on a weekly basis.   Drop-In Based classes use our popular 10-class, or 5-class packages to assure maximum flexibility in scheduling.  Drop-In packages used for classes can be paid with four – five monthly installments or in one lump sum. CANCELLATION POLICY (Drop-In based classes):  All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your enrolled class(s).  Cancellations within this 24 hour period (or absences without notice) will result in the pull of a class from class packages.   
 

Payment Plans and Financial Assistance

We want our programs to be as accessible as possible. If you are unable to pay in a lump sum for a class package or Session-based program, you may absolutely pay in installments (automatically billed to the card on file) at no additional charge!  An initial installment payment is due at the time of registration and we will schedule all subsequent payments so that you know exactly when to expect us to charge the card on file.  Ask us how to set up your payment plan!  If you are seeking financial assistance please reach out to us explaining your request at Info@KineticArtsCenter.com.

We are happy to extend the expiration date on packages, transfer credit to family or friends, or convert classes to a credit on your account that you can use for any of our other circus programs (ex. classes, camps, workshops).
